AN INCISED YELLOW GLAZED DISH, with short foot, incised to the exterior with a band of scrolling lotus and foliage, covered inside and out with a glaze of rich egg-yolk-yellow tone, underglaze blue Yongzheng six character mark and of the period (1723-1735), diameter c. 14.5 cm.
PROVENANCE:
The collection of B. Tarras-Wahlberg Stockholm, lot 21.
A private collection from Southern Sweden. Purchased during the second half of the 20th century.
No repairs found with UV-light. Wear and firing defects. We have taken a few new images with blue background because a small piece of tape occurred on some of the first images. Now it's removed. Please contact elisabet.fellbom@auktionsverket.se for more information.
