Justus Möser (1720-1794), German jurist, politician, historian and writer. In 1766 he founded the weekly ´Wöchentlichen Osnabrückischen Intelligenzblätter", in which he contributed with articles on politics, history, theater and literature as well as ethnological observations. It´s mainly these that make up the Patriotische Phantasien´, published by his daughter Jenny, married von Voigts.
