Printed map in colours with text in Swedish, Finnish and Russian, c. 320x420 mm. Inset map of Europe with Russian text. Some folds and dampstains mostly to corners and mainly affecting Portugal. Framed.

Probably a later print of the map: "John Bull and his Friends. A serio-comic map of Europe...", which was published in 1900.
Political caricature map by Frederick Rose of the countries of Europe, known as the Octopus Map, with the Russian Empire depicted as a giant octopus, whose tentacles stretch out towards Europe.
