JOHANN GEORG I, KURFÜRST VON SACHSEN (1585-1656). House of Wettin. Autograph document, signed, dated July 1619.
Large document on vellum together with large red wax seal in wooden box attached by original cord. Size of document c. 315 x 595 mm. (seal 150 mm. in diameter). Folded, minor holes to one fold, some spotting, owner´s small stamp "Börje Israelssons arkiv", 20th c." on verso. Some notes in ink on verso. Seal slightly damaged to edges, wooden box partly worn.The document is attached to a lilac board (500x315 mm.), slightly worn.
