4to (242x175 mm). Illustrated by Arthur Rackham. 50 tipped in coloured plates as list, some leaves with small part marginal soiling.
Modern red full morocco, gilt decorated upper cover, inner gilt dentelles, gilt spine in compartments, gilt edges, red cloth case (Bayntun Riviere, Bath, England, 1986). Original upper wrapper pasted on inside of lower cover. Small repair to title. Note on verso of first plate dated 1904.
