Hand-coloured engraved map with large title cartouche and a similar text panel to the left with the coat-of-arms of Prester John, also illustrated with sea creatures, a fireing ship (North African galley) and elephants. Size c. 370x435 mm. Latin text on verso. Small repair to lower centrefold. which is partly worn. Framed.
