8vo (144x90 mm). (368) ll. Title printed in red and black within wide woodcut border. With 1 fullpage woodcut plate (diagram, dampstain to margin) and 50 fullpage woodcuts depicting the Passion of the Christ, woodcut initials.
Modern brown full leather binding, boards with blindtooled decor, spine with gilt title in compartments, text trimmed, speckled edges, binding partly rubbed and worn, mostly to edges, partly split inner joint. Title and second leaf laid down on japan paper, title with some small holes of which 1 with small textloss, repairs to corners, some minor damages and slight spotting, about 70 leaves from the beginning with spotting and dampstaining (at the end only to margins), and about 20 leaves at the the end, some spotting, 1 leaf with loss of corner without textloss (M7), some minor marginal repairs.
