Contemporary blindtooled pigskin binding over wooden boards, metal clasps and fittings, lacking one clasp and lower fitting, spine in five compartments with manuscript title, binding worn and darkend, boards warped, spine damaged to lower compartment. Title and a few leaves in the beginning with some marginal worming (a few losses of letters) and some dampstaining, throughout dampstained in lower inner part, partly with dampstain to upper margin, partly with foxing or some spotting, minor worming to margin to page 597-611, last leaf spotted and partly browned, a few minor tears or repairs to margin. Bookplate of Axel Jonsson Jr. (Göteborg, Sweden 1913).
