RUSSIA. RARE MAP OF MOSCOW. MICHURIN, IVAN FYODOROVICH. Plan imperatorskago Stolichnago Goroda Moskvai (Plan of the imperial capital city of Moscow) in Russian. St. Petersburg (Academy of Sciences) 1739.

Engraved plan of Moscow, partly handcoloured and with large figurative handcoloured cartouche and compass rose. About 490x530 mm. Centrefold with some wear to lower part, and in the middle, one horisontal fold as well, spot with minor wear near centrefold. Framed.

Without the printed index sheet which is often lacking. The map was made at the request of Empress Elisabeth and later included in Atlas Russicus, 1745.
