(18), (2), 3-912, (32) pp. Engraved frontispiece, title printed in red and black (lacking dedication leaf with portrait, frontispiece and title burnt in upper outer corner, wear to outer margin and close cut in upper margin, as well as the first 10 leaves after title burntin upper outer corner, worn outer margin), 16 folding engraved plates, engravings in text, of which 56 full page, also woodcuts in text, of which 8 full page.
Contemporary vellum, soiled, somewhat spotted, lacks spine title, new inner doublure to upper cover, lacks first endpaper. Some minor marginal foxing or spotting.
