4:o (about 273x190 mm.). 212 (of 208) + 129 (of 136) ll. 55 lines.
Contemporary renovated pigskin over wooden boards, worn, lacks one clasp and one fitting. Old worn coat-of-arms on middle of upper cover, lower cover with faded coat-of-arms, rebacked blank spine in five compartments. Mended in upper hinge. About 5 leaves mended in the margins. Some minor worming in inner margin. Partly dampstained, mostly in lower outer corner, some foxing. Title with old signatures and annotations, old marginal annotations.
According to GW9840 there should be in part I 208 leaves and in part II 136 leaves. Amongst the missing leaves in part III is the title-page. Part I seems to lack 2 leaves in the Tabula, even if there is 212 leaves. See also Hain 7008.
