Renovated worn near contemporary blind-tooled brown leather over wooden boards, brass fittings (lacks 3 clasps and ties), mended in the joints, blindtooled spine in four compartments, new inner doublures and endpapers. Title with some maginal wormholes, about 20 leaves with some worming, 3 with loss of paper in a corner, 1 leaf mended. Some foxing, partly dampstained, mostly in lower outer part or outer margin, about 50 leaves harder, 1 page with contemporary annotation.
