8:o. 48 ll (of 52, lacks leaves signed a2, d4, d5, and blank d6), 36 lines.
Later (20th century) paper binding. Some foxing and staining, leaves signed b1-b2, b8 and g5 with old marginal annotations and partly inkstains.
