4:o. 28 mainly colour original lihographs Marc Chagall (all, including 4 original wrappers, wrapper to vol. III with small damage at head of spine).
Original cloth with decorative wrappers, glassine protective wrappers (vol. 6 with bumped spine affecting inner margin of text and slightly bumped upper corners, 2 plastic wrappers with some minor marginal damage and tear). Bookplate of Barbro and K G Pettersson in vol. I. 6 volumes.
Vol. I English edition, the others French.
Provenance: Stefan Schueler (1920-2015), Swedish art book dealer who in 1972 opened / founded the specialized art book shop "Konst-Bibliofilen" in the Old Town, Stockholm, which lasted for 25 years.
