4:o (195x148 mm). Engraved title leaf, half title. With 21 engraved folded plates (some slightly brown, some slight wearing to margins), 1 engraved folded map (lake Siljan with small repaired tear), 1 folded genealogical table and several woodcut illustrations in the text.
20th century full calf bindings, slightly worn, upper cover with the gilt bookplate of Gustaf Bernström, inner gilt dentelles, richly gilt spine in five compartments, gilt edges (bound by Hedberg). In marbled slipcases, slightly worn. Title and second leaf in vol. I with repair, some slight foxing and browning. Bookplate of J. O. Wedberg in Acta literaria. 5 volumes.
Lundstedt 15. The magazine was published under the name "Acta literaria sveciae" in 1720-29, the name altered to "Acta literaria et scientariumsveciae " which were published 1738-42. Once again the title was changed to "Acta societatis regiae scientiarum upsaliensis", published in 5 parts 1740-50.
