A JAPANESE METAL-MOUNTED EXPORT LACQUER CABINET, with a pair of doors opening to reveal one long and nine short drawers, the whole decorated in raised gilt lacquer on a black ground with rockwork, birds, animals, trees and houses in landscapes, on a rectangular stand, the sides with carrying handles, 19th century, c. 51 x 88 cm, height c. 74 cm
