Other:
The model was made by several prominent makers in Stockholm during the Rococo period. For example, in the shared workshop of Mikael Åström and Christian Precht. On his return from Paris in the middle of the 18th century, Precht is said to have considered himself fully fledged and quickly established himself as one of the court's chief suppliers. The long Swedish goldsmith training, which was the path to mastery, must have seemed unnecessary to him. It is known that he designed and made objects of silver, but as he lacked mastery, he was not allowed to mark his works himself. If so, could it be possible that he manufactured candlesticks that were left unmarked?
