The Watches & Jewellery Collection

Stockholms Auktionsverk – the world’s oldest auction house – warmly welcomes you to The Watches & Jewellery Collection!
This spring, we present an impressive catalogue filled with carefully selected accessories. In total, over 140 watches and pieces of jewellery are offered, sourced from the most renowned makers across the globe. Here, you will find virtually everything one could wish for from the world’s top watchmakers and jewellers.
Among the highlights is a platinum ladies’ wristwatch from Jaeger-LeCoultre, a small marvel of elegance from the firm’s early years. Another standout is the chronograph by Lemania, issued to pilots of the Saab 37 Viggen attack aircraft during the 1970s. And of course, we feature the two iconic Steve McQueen watches from Rolex. For those seeking a more unusual collector’s item, the early 1940s Rolex “Bubble Back” might catch the eye. Or why not the gold Reverso by Jaeger-LeCoultre with a reversible case? An elegant and sought-after timepiece with a design that radiates Art Deco sophistication.
A sparkling beauty from the turn of the 20th century is the platinum necklace featuring an oriental pearl, an openwork pearl cap, floral links, and rose-cut diamonds—a striking manifestation of the style that defined the Belle Époque. Dazzling and radiant is a set adorned with 34 emeralds, closely surrounded by brilliant-cut and pendeloque-cut diamonds. Delightfully elegant is a platinum négligée necklace with brilliant-cut diamonds in pink and blue. Among the auction’s oldest rarities is a pair of Byzantine earrings in 21K gold featuring stylised peacocks.
