Contemporary Dutch brown marbled full calf, slightly worn, richly gilt borders and decorations on covers, gilt inner borders and edges of covers, somewhat faded richly gilt spine in 8 compartments, gilt edges. Some foxing, about 20 leaves harder. Bookplate of Victor v. Stedingk and his commentaries in pencil on first endpaper. Printed on large paper.
