MANUSCRIPT ON COOKERY German manuscript on cookery. Probably 17th century.
4to (210x150 mm). Manuscript on paper, written in German, by different hands, 256 pages in total and many blank leaves. First chapter: "Das erst Capittl von Pastetten zubacken".
Contemporary full blindtooled leather with leather straps, partly worn, split upper joint, spine with raised bands and handwritten title, partly damaged from worming. Soiling and spotting, partly dampstained, some pages loose at the end.
