A WHITE GLAZED CERAMIC COSMETIC BOX WITH COVER, the cylindrical box raised on a short foot, covered inside and out with a cream-white glaze, the cover with a flat top, the rim and base unglazed, marked with label ´Bluett & Sons, London´, Five dynasties, 10th century, diameter c. 7.7 cm
PROVENANCE:
From the collection of the Principal Sture Nydell (1891-1986) and his wife, Valborg Nydell (1905-2003). The box was purchased from ´Bluett and Sons´, 1960 in London.
