The section for older furniture and works of art includes objects from the 16th century until the turn of the century 1900. Stockholm’s Auktionsverk has sold the majority of both exclusive and unusual art objects over the years, such as for example at the autumn quality auction 2024 when a newly discovered terracotta sculpture attributed to Johan Tobias Sergel was hammered for 4,125 000 SEK after thorough research.
