It’s not common for an artist to become both beloved by the public and respected as a media personality. Perhaps it’s precisely the combination of exceptional technical skill and the ability to touch people’s hearts that resonates with so many. He’s also not afraid to be personal and has shared his, in many ways, challenging life story.
Lerin’s remarkable watercolors transport us into silence. To clearcuts and misty mountain landscapes, to the harbor of Lofoten, and to the forests of Värmland. His artistry is deeply rooted in nature and the landscape, and he has a unique ability to capture its nuances. Through his watercolors, Lerin not only creates visual representations of the landscape but also imbues them with an emotional charge that carries an almost meditative power
