I Shop… I Am is a themed auction that gathers an impressive selection of artworks from some of the most influential and provocative contemporary artists.

The auction, that consists of circa 50 objects, examines consumption, marketing and how contemporary art is shaped by the changing terms of the surrounding world. Some of the artists include Jake & Dinos Chapman, Cary Leibowitz, Charles Lutz, Barbara Kruger, Keith Haring, Banksy, Invader, Mobstr,, Christo & Jeanne-Claude, Roger Ballen and Seen among others. Barbara Kruger with her iconic work „I shop therefore I am“ is a central figure in this thematic exploration. Her work has a strong visual and textual power that highlights the consumption society’s effect on our daily life.
