Folio (about 360x253 mm.). (32), 1-448, 1-cxix, (1) pp. Title printed in red and black with engraved vignette, text printed in red and black, musical notation, woodcut initials, 3 engraved plates (all, 2 with some marginal dampstaining).
Contemporary red Italian morocco binding, somewhat worn, richly gilt covers with borders of leaves and flowers, on middle of covers a noble armour, gilt inner borders, richly gilt spine in six compartments with decorations of flowers, all edges gilt and gauffered. Partly some dampstaining in upper margin or part, minor foxing. Pencil signature of Victor von Stedingk on first endpaper.
At end 18 pages of "supplement" printed in Florence between 1770-1793.
